1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 10 days from the date of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

    • The return must be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.

2. Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and approved after inspection, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days and credited to the original payment method.

3. Exchanges

  • If your exchange request is approved, the replacement product will be delivered within 5–7 working days from the date of approval.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

  • In case of damaged or defective products, we provide a full refund or replacement as per your preference.

  • Such issues must be reported to our customer support team within 10 days of delivery.

  • Products that are used, damaged due to misuse, or not returned in their original condition will not be eligible for return or exchange.
