Refund & Cancellation Policy

At FIRST BUZZ TECH PRIVATE LIMITED, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and transparent shopping experience for our customers. This policy explains how you can cancel an order or request a refund for a product/service purchased through our Platform.


1. Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 10 days of placing the order.

  • Cancellation requests may not be accepted if:

    • The order has already been communicated to the seller/merchant listed on the Platform.

    • The seller/merchant has initiated the shipping process.

    • The product is already out for delivery.

In such cases, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.


2. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  • We offer Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges for products purchased through the Platform.

  • Exchanges: Once approved, the exchanged product will be delivered within 5–7 working days.

  • Refunds: Once approved, refunds will be processed and credited within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

  • Returns: Once the return is accepted after inspection, the refund will be initiated as per our return policy.


3. Damaged or Defective Products

  • In the event of receiving a damaged or defective product, we provide a full refund or replacement based on your preference.

  • Such issues must be reported to our customer service team within 10 days of the date of delivery.


4. Important Notes

  • Products that are used, damaged due to misuse, or not returned in their original packaging will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

  • Certain items may be non-returnable due to hygiene or safety reasons, and this will be specified at the time of purchase.
